With CITIZEN ACT (CEL accredited: www.efmd.org), the Société Générale Group - major player in the financial sector, very involved in terms of CSR, is giving you the opportunity to take part in a training game to be the responsible employees of today.

Concept
A few new features for this new season!
As of now, in addition to your ability to imagine a project, your team spirit will be a major asset to pass the first stage of CITIZEN ACT.
A multiple choice question ( MCQ test), a case study and the buzz generated about your team are the 3 criterias which will enable you to go to Paris on February 14th 2012.- Step 1 : Recruitment Oct. 3rd – Dec. 5th 2011

Assessment module available online (multiple choice and mini case study).
You have until December 5th 2011, 07:00 PM (GMT) to complete your assessment module.

Selection
A jury made up of Société Générale employees and CSR experts will select the 45 teams who will come to Paris for the Opening Meeting.

Elaboration
13th and 14th february 2012 : Opening Meeting in Paris
During the two days of the Opening Meeting, you will discover the theme on which you will be working for one month. These two days are an opportunity for you to meet your coaches, ask them questions and participate in workshops with experts.
From 15th february to 12th march, you will work in teams to establish your project.
Your project must be sent to www.citizenact.com before March 12th 07:00 PM(GMT+1)
Use the expert contents which will be online to help you develop your project.
From 12th to 23th march, a jury composed of Société Générale employees and CSR experts will meet to select the 10 finalist teams who will have the opportunity to present their project at the final in Paris. -
Final Contest
On Thursday April 27th 2012, the 10 finalist teams will present their projects to our grand jury.
The three winning teams will be awarded one of the 4 prizes as well as the opportunity to gain an internship within Société Générale.
3rd prize : worth 3,000 euros
2nd prize : worth 5,000 euros

In July 2009, CITIZEN ACT was awarded CEL (“Technology Enhanced Learning”) accreditation
Awarded by the EFMD (European Foundation for Management Development), CEL officially recognizes that CITIZEN ACT is an international program uniting the academic world and the business world and offering a rich and innovative educational experience to students who participate. Société Générale is the first bank to obtain this label.'

At the end of the Final Contest of the CITIZEN ACT, our jury will nominate the 3 winning teams.
