The evaluation process will have
two directions:

continuous evaluation during the project, which will show what aspects have to be changed at that very moment.
Key aspects to be evaluated:
-is the information adequate?
-are the young people truly committed?
-are the employees motivated?
* final evaluation, on the two dimensions:
-quantitative: how many young people came at the conferences, how many young people applied for the project, how many employees got involved in the project, how many mass-media and social media appearances we had, how many visitors we had on the website, the success rate of these 20 businesess
-qualitative: we will monitor the change of opinion on entrepreneurship, the overall perception of the program, young people’s reactions over the project, employees’ reactions over the project, employees’ team cohesion in the teams formed for this project, CSR policy principles awareness among the employees
