6. The tutorial stage (6 months)

 In the tutorial stage we will have teams formed of the young entrepreneur and 3 SG employees: one from the Marketing Department, one Sales Professional and one specialized in Accounting.

The tutorial stage will start one month after the moment of actually starting the business, as for the young entrepreneur to have time to make the first administrative moves.

In this phase there will be one meeting a week at the SG headquarters, where practical strategical aspects will be discussed and set up.

The outcome

At the end of this step, the young entrepreneur will have a more structured vision and a better understanding of his business, therefore he or she will be more able to explain the vision to his/her employees. As a result, the new business has great chances to be successful.
