In this phase, 100 young people will be thought how to develop their business idea into a realistic and well-built business plan. They will be split into groups of 20 people and they will work together with SG professionals. There will be one 2-hours-workshop a week, during one and a half month. The workshops will be held in a meeting room in the SG headquarters in each country.

The themes of the workshops will have these subject, following the structure of a business plan:

    * The business profile
    * The vision and the people
    * Communications
    * Organizations
    * Licenses, permits and business name
    * Insurance
    * Premises
    * Accounting and cash flow
    * Financing
    * E-commerce
    * Acquisitions
    * Marketing
    * Growth program
    * International trade
    * Managing employees
    * Home based business issues



The outcome of this stage will be that all young people involved will have a written well-structured business plan.
Out of these, 20 business plans will be selected that will also receive the sum of money needed to start the business.
Special conditions will be applied to this credit:

    * There will be no interest rate.
    * The money will be returned starting with the second year of activity.
