4. Selection process

4. Selection process (1 month)

 In this stage we will select 100 young people for the first phase of the project, the workshops stage. Young people will apply with a CV and a application form, consisting in a brief presentation of their idea and on their motivation.

The selection will be made by the HR department, together with one representative from each of the departments involved: Marketing, Sales, Accounting.
