1. Research (1 month)The research has to be focused on
two directions, given by the main publics of this program: the
young people and the
employees.
In the research section on our wikiblog we provided a
survey for each of the two target audiences. However, it is important to keep in mind the fact that the results of
these surveys can be significantly different from one country to another. As an example, while in one country the tendency to assume risks can be very high, in
another country might be weaker, and this cultural determined aspects
will influnce for sure the design and the development of our „
We stand by youTH” project.
In other words, the surveys we created can be applied in all countries where SG operates, but
the results won’t be the same. That’s why,it is important to
take into consideration these specific cultural characteristics in the actual implementation of the project.
Besides the research targeting the two main publics, it is necessarily to make
benchmark analysis on projects supporting young entrepreneurship.Aspects to be researched:·
What kind of institutions developed the projects? (Universities, NGO-s, governmental institutions, companies, etc)
·
Which was the structure of the program? (conferences, workshops, online platforms, business games, etc)
·
How many young people were involved?
· Which were the
main communication channels?
· Which were the
main messages?
· Which was the
impact?
·
How were the programs reflected in mass-media and social media?
· What went
wrong?
