How does it work ?
Part II
What exactly is “structured info” ?
Step by step guidance towards understanding, helping the user develop a vision of what needs to be done and what consequences could generate in the first basic steps in a renewable energy project. Aspects regarding authorizations from authorities – related costs and timeframe, technology providers, possible funding, related projects in the country and abroad etc.
What is the source of the information ?
The European Union – directives and regulations, Grants, EU legislation, best practices;
Societe Generale – information about the “Low Pressure” and related financing products;
Government Institutions in Romania – regulations, rules, procedures, national legislation, best practices;
Private and public companies – examples of completed projects or planned, available technology;
Individuals;
Local authorities – regulations, examples of completed projects;
Regulators in the energy sector – rules, procedures, best practices.
How is this information processed and given to the user ?
The main structure will be according to the type of renewable energy and the type of stakeholder. The filter for this huge amount of information will be the team working on the website. The main objective is to generate easy to read, concise, precise content, structured in logical steps, easy to follow (logical scheme). Basically, a short, concise version of official documentation. Same criteria apply for examples of completed projects or planned somewhere in the future.
How will the forum-based section in the website work ?
All representatives of stakeholders have User Accounts. The forum based section will also have a defined structure; we wouldn’t want user generated content to be massively available on our platform. Let’s say I want to post a question regarding a project, as an individual. I login (user, password). I write the question. Then, I choose the type of renewable energy I’m asking about, who I would prefer the question to be answered by (type of stakeholder) – even though all topics are public. The topic is published in a dedicated section of the forum. Answers are thus provided a lot more targeted.
