The most important supporter of our project is Societe Generale (BRD, in Romania). Our story began last year:

1.    November: we found out about Citizen Act, a competition between students of all nationalities on CSR projects organized for the forth time by Societe Generale. So, we talked, we analysed and in no time our idea was born. After another 2 weeks of labor, our project was completed and we sent it to Societe Generale.

2.    December:  we went home for Christmas and the news arrived: our project was selected to participate in the second stage of the Citizen Act.

3.    The beginning of February: we were congratulated by the BRD Societe Generale officials in Bucharest, in a meeting at the BRD Tower. We should mention right at this point that we weren’t the only romanian team in the competition, another two teams made it so far.

4.    18th February: we were flying to Paris to meet the other teams and find out more about the second phase of the competition. Our experience in Paris was like hitting the fast forward button and trying to keep up with the new pace. We met with the other 54 teams, we took pictures, we participated in the Opening Meeting at the Societe Generale Tower, we visited Paris and we returned home ready to take care of the next challenge: the wikiblog.

5.    From that moment on we have 3 weeks to show them what we are capable of and, after that, hopefully, we will win the contest.

6.    To be continued…
