Phase 2: THE CITIZEN ACT Opening Meeting & launch of the wikiblogs
If your team is shortlisted by the jury, you will be invited to Paris, to Société Générale's headquarters, for the CITIZEN ACT Opening Meeting on Thursday February 18th, 2010, where you will meet your Société Générale. coach, who will play a key role in making your project a success.
This meeting gives everyone the chance to get to grips with the game and establish their action plan. After meeting the coach, take some time to get a real feel for your mission. You will then visit a cultural destination in Paris that is 100% CSR!
* Transport costs will be refunded by Société Générale.
Load your wikiblogs!
To develop your ideas, fuel your creativity and, in short, to change the world, your weapon is the wikiblog! This is a dynamic website whose members can edit its content as often as they like. It is particularly suited to teamwork, allowing people to publish and structure information — images, videos or text — in an appropriate way. The wikiblog is the ideal tool for arranging and sharing ideas between the team, with your coach and within your school. This interactive and user-friendly tool allows you to exploit and publish all the information you need to create your Citizen Act. Your Société Générale coach is an in-house liaison for your project, and will put you in touch with Group experts on issues related to CSR. You will also be given access to an archive at the same time as your wikiblog. Get your fellow students interested in your project, keep them informed and ask for their ideas! You will also be given a "school pack" to help you, containing newsletter templates, banners, etc. But when it comes to supporting your project, the sky's the limit: you can organise a CSR breakfast, make class contributions, or create a temporary society… Let your imagination lead you!
